When you’re in Antigua

Your Sea Change Retreat is designed around you - your creative intention, energy and natural rhythm. We shape a retreat that supports what you’re here to create now.

You wake to nature calming you. Creative sessions are in the morning with afternoons for rest and we’ll meet at sunset for a clarity debrief.

There’s yoga, beach walks and sea swimming to move your creative energy through and Trev is available for paddle boarding, sunfish sailing, kayaking and snorkelling. We can also arrange an Adventure Antigua boat tour for you to experience Antigua from the water.

Your studio is stocked with nourishing breakfast, local fruits, teas and coffee. Lunch is a beach picnic, light meal at the studio or local restaurant. Evening meals can be shared together or enjoyed solo for quiet reflection.

This is the perfect place to slow right down. Here you can immerse yourself in nature and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea to receive the clarity and direction for your new era.

The studio has everything you need to feel completely at home: a comfortable double bed, fitted kitchen, walk-in shower and private patio with a daybed.

Hello I’m Kat,

Your creative partner and guide for The Sea Change Retreat.

As the founder of Authentic PR, former global communications director and film producer, I’ve worked with world-class creatives, change makers and global brands. I’ve built grassroots to global movements, raised millions and positively impacted hundreds of thousands of people. I also over worked and burned out.

My heart called me to Antigua, where nature restored my wellness and reconnected me to myself and to Source. Here I created the True Business model, shared in my first book Creative Happy Work.

Today, I’m focused on guiding visionary women, energy, resources and finances towards the New Earth.
