You’ll welcome in the audience your true nature and purpose naturally serve, and understand the unique value and transformation you bring.
Module 4 — Message
You’ll clarify the message your heart wants to share, shape five key messages and a simple story that builds connection.
Module 5 — Channel
You’ll Identify your optimal communication channel, the one place to reach your audience that feels energising and sustainable. (Note - it doesn’t have to be social media!)
Module 6 — Power
You’ll shift from ego-led agendas and self-sabotage to your inner power and confidence, a fresh creative orientation that leads to a thriving business naturally; no pushing or forcing.

Plant-based chef and founder of The Mindful Kitchen, Bex, was hampered by perfectionism. Alignment gave her the courage to teach via Facebook Lives. Meet Kat, Your PR Guide
I’m Kat — a former global communications director with 30+ years’ experience working with international brands and entrepreneurs pioneering social and environmental change.
My work has included Good Energy, Nike, UEFA, Beyond Sport, Desmond Tutu, Eric Cantona, Colin Farrell and Lewis Hamilton.
I founded Authentic PR in 2003, as featured in The Guardian and The Times, and helped grow the Homeless World Cup from 20 to 70 nations, impacting over 250,000 players worldwide.
I was executive producer of the documentary Kicking It, narrated by Colin Farrell, selected for Sundance and sold to ESPN; and commissioned the feature film The Beautiful Game, starring Bill Nighy, produced by Blueprint Pictures for Netflix.
Burnout led me to follow my heart to Antigua where PR with Heart was born supporting 300+ creative leaders to share their message naturally with ease and make a positive impact.
