A week’s immersion in the natural beauty of Antigua to receive your heart’s vision and pathway to happier, healthier, wealthier business and world.

The Antigua Retreat is for individuals or small, intimate groups of four people with a desire to do business differently. Held by the natural beauty of this Caribbean island, its white sandy beaches, turquoises seas and hill top expansive horizons, you relax, open up and surrender to pure Source inspiration for the next evolution of your True Business.

This is a pioneering, feminine approach. Aligned with your True Nature and Purpose, in harmony with the Creative Flow, you step into a whole new world of possibility. One that is creative, confident and calm. One that is joyful, rich with opportunity and inspiration. Your True Business emerges and it is so natural to you it doesn’t feel like work.

You return home re-energised with an inspired True Business plan. This is followed by year long business support to bring your heart’s vision into being; and the option to return to The Antigua Retreat a year later the perfect space and time for your annual creative business planning.

During The Antigua Retreat you will…

  • Switch off from the outside world to reconnect with nature and yourself
  • Relax in the beauty of Antigua’s white sandy beaches and turquoise seas
  • Open to the Creative Flow, pure source inspiration to grow your True Business

It’s a holiday too so you get to enjoy…

Exploring the island and its many different beaches; yoga at the villa; paddle boarding and kayaking are available all week; snorkelling and swimming with sea turtles; nature hikes to expansive horizons; a massage with Lucille; making dinner together on the terrace; local restaurants and lots and lots of beautiful sea swimming.

Your day in Antigua can look a little like this…

Early mornings in Antigua and Barbuda are divine. You will have the chance to hike, swim, meditate, practice yoga, write your Morning Pages, all with magnificent Sea views to open you gently to creative inspiration for the coming day. There’s breakfast on the terrace and Creative Sessions run from 10am until 1pm under the shade of a beautiful beach or at the Villa. The afternoon is yours to swim, read, sunbathe, explore your True Business a little more before coming back together for our Sunset Alignment Sessions  to consolidate the day. There’s a day off to do whatever you like; and an afternoon of massage and one to one sessions with me.

Meet Kat

Hello, I’m Kat, founder of the True Business School, working with creatives, pioneers, teachers, healers, artists, change-makers and global brands making a difference including Nike, Good Energy, Homeless World Cup, Eric Cantona and Desmond Tutu.

As the Global Communications Director for the Homeless World Cup I experienced burn out. With nothing left to give I began listening to my heart and this led me to Antigua where immersing in nature – floating in the turquoise sea and eating mango straight from the tree – brought me back to life. Then it began feeding me with inspiration for True Business, a groundbreaking way of being in business that is regenerative, nourishing simply by being in harmony with your true nature.

Embracing my purpose to connect people to their heart’s wisdom and inspiration to build their True Business, I am enjoying the adventure of creating business and life in harmony with the Creative Flow writing the upcoming book ‘Your True Business: unleash your creative spirit on the business you were born for’. I live in Antigua with Trev and Scratch; and the UK.
