BY DIVINE INVITATION

Relax in Antigua’s natural beauty and open to your heart’s vision and pathway to create your prosperous True Business.

The Antigua Retreat is for four women making a difference. Held by the natural beauty of this magical island you connect to pure source inspiration and receive your heart’s vision and pathway for your True Business, the business so natural to you it doesn’t feel like work.

This is a pioneering, feminine approach to business. Relaxing in the beauty of nature you begin to harmonise with universal energy, Source. With your creative spirit and heart leading you open to a whole new world of business with a flow of wellness, fulfilment, joy and prosperity.

You will…

  • Relax in the beauty of white sandy beaches and turquoise seas
  • Open to your heart’s expansive vision of your True Business
  • Align with your true nature and purpose and turn it into a thriving business
  • Develop a life changing offering for your audience
  • Design your jackpot financial structure for prosperity and creative freedom
  • Connect with a peer group of courageous, creative and supportive women
  • Receive year long accountability and business support to bring your vision to life

It’s a holiday too…

  • Explore the Island, it’s beautiful beaches, nature, warm hearted people and local culture
  • Paddle board at sunset
  • Practice Yoga at The Shed, a stunning outdoor, hillside yoga studio next to the Villa
  • Experience a creative photoshoot with talented local photographer Yensa Werth
  • Enjoy a day off to do just what you like. I highly recommend my favourite tour Adventure Antigua’s Ecotour; a day to relax with a massage and coconut water at the beach (additional cost)
  • Celebrate at Sheer Rocks, voted best restaurant in the Caribbean

Your day looks a little like this…

Early mornings in Antigua and Barbuda are divine. Early mornings on The Antigua Retreat are dedicated to divine connection. Choose from a nearby beach to swim, meditate and journal. Practice yoga at The Shed. Write your Morning Pages or book from a quiet spot at the Villa. Rest and relax with a cup of tea in bed. All with magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea your morning practice opens you gently to creative inspiration for the coming day before enjoying a leisurely breakfast on the terrace.

Creative sessions run from 10am until 1pm and are held under shade at a beautiful beach or one of the outdoor areas at the Villa. The afternoon is yours to enjoy a lazy lunch, swim, read, sunbathe or nap under a palm tree before coming back together at 5pm for a Sunset debrief to consolidate the day.

We go with the flow so creative sessions may run a little longer and we may occasionally start earlier if we travel further afield for our creative session.

What they say

I’ve created opportunities that allow me to be myself and share the messages that I care about.  I’ve created speaking opportunities, the website and business have been growing.  The way I interact with people has changed – I’m much clearer about what I’m doing and I don’t hesitate or wait to take action.

Samia El Jaafari, co-founder, Intro

“Kat is a powerful, imaginative and intuitive leader with a great capacity to see a vision and make it happen. What sets Kat apart is her heart. She works with passion and exudes creative energy and enthusiasm that is both inspiring and contagious.”

Mel Young, president, Homeless World Cup

“Working with Kat burst through over 2 years of frustration and perspiration in about an hour and a half! From then I had a clear vision of what we needed to articulate and set to work.”

Martin Saunders, Marketing Head, Good Energy

“The Homeless World Cup is a cool organisation I came across through Colin Farrell. I said, ‘That sounds like it should be a movie’ and he said ‘Yeah, I was hoping you’d say that.’”

Graham Broadbent, Blueprint Pictures

“I’ve created my whole PR with Heart plan. It’s thanks to you that I got into Yoga Magazine. You gave me the courage to go for it. Now I have a book review and article in the November 2018 magazine and a second article in December 2018 edition.”

Sue Blanch, Yoga and the Menstrual Cycle
