Sebastien Foucan, founder of free running (Parkour), has featured in ads for Nike and Toyota, designed free running shoes with Kswiss, performed on tour with Madonna, and starred in the James Bond Film, Casino Royal. He runs a free running academy in London.

As an athlete, artist and leader following his own true nature Sebastien created a new sport, philosophy and business. In this True Business episode Sebastien brings a distinction between our primal purpose to survive and our higher purpose to fulfil our potential and how, if you let it, your higher purpose will naturally find you. He shares how it was necessary to transform his relationship with money for his business to thrive and how his Superpower – play to move beyond our limitations – is at the heart of his business.
