Charlotta Martinus, founder, Teen Yoga, has trained over 900 teachers to deliver yoga in schools whilst conducting detailed research demonstrating the positive impact of yoga on the self-esteem, resilience and confidence in young people. She is the author of Teen Yoga For Yoga Therapists: A Guide to Development, Mental Health and Working with Common Teens.

Charlotta shares her True Business journey from local yoga teacher earning £4,000 a year to leading a foundation empowering young people with yoga globally whilst advocating to include yoga at the heart of education.

As this pathway opened, Charlotta talks about the people and support that showed up and the self-care practices that became necessary to thrive. She shares some beautiful yoga practices for your True Business and her vision of business for an awakened world.
