Charlotta Martinus, founder, Teen Yoga, has trained over 900 teachers to deliver yoga in schools whilst conducting detailed research demonstrating the positive impact of yoga on the self-esteem, resilience and confidence in young people. She is the author of Teen Yoga For Yoga Therapists: A Guide to Development, Mental Health and Working with Common Teens. 

Charlotta shares her True Business journey from local yoga teacher earning £4,000 a year to leading a foundation empowering young people with yoga globally whilst advocating to include yoga at the heart of education.
