At times of chaos and fast paced change we can lose our footing.
Overwhelm, anxiety, worry and fear can take over.

Take a moment to acknowledge rather than avoid your feelings.
Take a moment to listen to what you need.
This changes everything.

You stand in your calm grounded centre.
You are no longer abandoning yourself.
You build strength, resilience, compassion for yourself and others.
