For the latest edition of Women with a Message I’m chatting to Irene Brankin, Chartered Counselling Psychologist on the importance of being comfortable with yourself.

Irene works with women who, stressed and overwhelmed, want to reconnect with themselves and get their lives back on track. She does this with one to one counselling and mentoring; her business brunches and retreats in the UK and abroad. She is the author of The Visible Woman – More Lust, Less Must and I Don’t Care – The Art of Divine Indifference, both available on Amazon.

Here she has a great take on vulnerability, choices, the importance of being comfortable with yourself and how to get there.

You can get in touch with her at www.theinvisiblewoman.com.

Irene is part of the PR with Heart Online international community of women growing their business around their true nature and purpose. If you’d like to connect with your purpose and make that your business, and grow your audience, visibility and impact with grace and ease join us for the next PR with Heart Online Course. You can sign up here:

What they say

“A really big “thank you” for all the hard work and dedication you put in to the Homeless World Cup and for the way in which you have helped to change the lives of thousands of people through football.”

Rio Ferdinand, Footballer

When I aligned with my heart new financial partnerships came knocking at my door, my website traffic went up by 50% and my turnover up by 30%. Being in the Financial Times is the pinnacle for me as a personal finance writer.

Lynn Beattie, Mrs MummyPenny

“’It is enjoyable to make things visible, which are invisible’ – Eric Cantona. This quote speaks volumes about you Kat. You are an inspiration now and always.”

Dave Cobban, Director, Nike Sustainable Business and Innovation

“I’ve created my whole PR with Heart plan. It’s thanks to you that I got into Yoga Magazine. You gave me the courage to go for it. Now I have a book review and article in the November and December editions.”

Sue Blanch, Yoga and the Menstrual Cycle

“The greatest gift from True Business has been simplicity. It has allowed my offerings to emerge and they are all things I never thought I’d be able to do as work. Photography and taking people into Nature feel so obvious as they are part of me. The business I needed to bring to the world has now been allowed to emerge.”

Edward Pike, Spiritual Mentor, Photographer & Writer
