We are co-creators with Life. What would you love the world to look like on the other side of the pandemic?

It’s quite easy to get caught up in the busy of social isolation. Going from Zoom to Zoom, this online course, that webinar.

Or be in anxiety, fears of where is the money coming from, are my family safe, when will I see them again, am I safe, when will this be over?

Beyond that what is the deep life calling inviting you into?

Slow Down. Skill Up. Network. Serve. Survive?

Listen to your Heart, your inner nature…

As I stop, take a breath, listen, Life is inviting me to surrender more deeply, to be in the present moment, moment by moment. Let go of expectations, attachments to outcome, control, rushing and panicking and thinking I know how anything will play out.

We’ve been spending time at sunset watering the vegetable garden, watching for whales, listening to the Peace, watching a rare blood red sun set into the turquoise Caribbean Sea.

Life may be inviting you into new skills and learning? Perhaps it’s your time to paint, write, explore a new idea, be with your family. Perhaps it is to serve others? Perhaps it is simply to survive?

Rise up to meet it.

Let yourself be free to ride the wave of Life exactly as you are called.

Do let me know what opportunity Life is opening to you, beyond the fears?

Much love,

Kat x

Come with me on a walk – 3 minutes of beauty

And listen to your heart.

When you listen to your heart in business you take a very different path.

A business that leads with your creative spirit, honours your heart and is in harmony with the Earth. A business with connection, compassion and kindness.

My productivity this week has gone out the window. Overwhelm, anxiety and scattered thinking.

My egoic mind wanted to push through, write my book, now you’ve got the time!

My heart invited me to go on a beach walk.

A walk into beauty, calming my mind, soothing my soul.

Returning grounded, peaceful, present.

Come with me into these little blasts of beauty.

Listen to your heart.

What does your heart want to share with you?

This week’s wisdom from the Sea.

Much Love x x

Friends, family and clients have been reaching out, sharing that whilst there is so much rapid, external change, redirection and uncertainty it can be challenging to stay balanced, connected to our calm, clear wise heart.

It is much easier to listen to our heart’s together.

I’m hosting on online circle this Thursday, 19 March 2020 at 8pm UK, 3pm New York, 10am LA, 7am (Friday) to connect to Source and listen to your Heart.

To stand for and hold your heart’s vision for your Life and True Business in harmony with Nature, in alignment with your Inner Nature, love, kindness and compassion.

We will listen for:

** What Source, Life is calling you to create at this time
** Your natural way to be of service
** Your obvious next steps to take in harmony with Life, with your Nature
** Any other key questions you would like to ask your calm, clear heart

Here’s the link to register: https://zoom.us/…/regist…/tZwpc-iurzMqsLGHno3dKh4hPwTIvbni1g

And if you find it beneficial, we can come together weekly.

Please share. All welcome – friends, family, clients who would also like to come together and listen to their hearts in a supportive circle of people standing for the highest vision and outcome Life is guiding us towards. There’s no charge.

Bring your creativity out to play.

Xx

You don’t have to do it all.

Speaking, social media, videos, write a book, make a podcast, host a webinar, feature in national media TV, Radio, Print, blog, make a film, participate on panels, network, Facebook lives… Overwhelming, frustrating, exhausting, not good enough inducing!

This week’s 5 minutes of wisdom from sea reminds us to allow your heart to reveal your key communication channel and develop, master, invest there.

Do you know your heart’s channel of communication to reach your audience? Are you placing your attention here? Or scattering?

We cover your channel to reach your audience in PR with Heart, which is now available to you throughout the year. You no longer need to wait until January 2021. Jump in now whilst it’s at the introduction investment of £200. It’s £250 from 31 March onwards.

We all have an audience held within your heart that your purpose, gifts, message, offering will effortlessly, naturally serve to thrive. This brings deep fulfilment. A win-win.

Are you serving yours?

When we don’t we can be drained and depleted. Perhaps you are chasing the money, who you believe to be the budget holders, decision makers, easy pickings?

We can feel stuck, void of inspiration and creative flow. As clients dry up, we begin to lose confidence, even doubt our purpose and value.

When I was creating True Business I assumed logically that the audience would be entrepreneurs, it’s about business afterall! The inspiration dried up, I stopped writing, became disinterested.

And then, whilst interviewing for a new tenant a creative couple showed up. The man had had  a successful career in music, a four album deal with one of the biggest record labels. Whilst the band made money for the record company the band members themselves hadn’t. He felt in a constant battle for creative integrity. He was now a graphic designer. His partner a bright, creative woman was an illustrator working for an artisan coffee company as an account manager.

As we spoke, I experienced an urgency to complete the book, to make True Business widely available for creative people to thrive in business. This was a light bulb moment. ‘This is my audience!’ It makes complete sense that a business model leading with your creative spirit would serve creative people, but my logical mind hadn’t yet made that leap.

In this moment, I realised that I don’t like entrepreneurs. I’d come to personally define entrepreneurs as a masculine approach to business, making profit at any cost, lacking in emotional intelligence, empathy for others, with zero thought for our earth.

What a relief to let go of the entrepreneur and allow the energy and inspiration to flow in service to the creatives, pioneers, artists, trailblazers, healers and teachers who care.

Do you love and care about the audience you are working with? Or do they drain and deplete you? If so, who is your love and attention naturally drawn to? This is a great indicator of your true audience.

Stop for a moment. Ask: Who in your heart are you truly here to serve? Listen to your Heart. It already knows.

This week’s wisdom from the Sea.
