A 5 day business retreat to immerse in Antigua’s natural beauty, connect to pure source inspiration and allow your creative heart to rise, lead and grow your business with grace and ease.

The Antigua Retreat is for four women ready to lead with heart and make a difference in business. Held by the natural beauty of this magical island you will connect to pure source inspiration, allow your heart to emerge, and receive crystal clear clarity, alignment and embodiment of your true nature, purpose and power in your business.

This is a pioneering feminine approach to business. After 5 days harmonising with nature and your own true nature, a fresh creative vision and natural pathway for you and your business opens. One that is deeply true for you. You know this exists but your creative spirit, heart and intuition is so often ignored with the demands of every day life, trampled down by doubts and fears. As you relax, allow your true nature and intuitive heart to lead, what was previously challenging becomes natural. Opportunities open up for you as you create your business from your higher nature, bringing deep fulfilment, universal support, financial success and joy.

You will:

  • Relax in the beauty of the Island’s sunshine, white sandy beaches and turquoise seas
  • Connect deeply with pure source inspiration and your deep intuitive wisdom
  • Receive clarity, alignment and embodiment of your true nature, purpose and power
  • Connect to your heart’s message, your audience and channel to reach them
  • Create a clear, simple, confident business approach and support structure to create it
  • Identify the ideal financial structure for your business to be confident and creative
  • Introduce the creative technology to create your inspired plan from your higher nature
  • Take your first inspired actions to open up to creative flow, grace and ease

Creative sessions are held in the morning out in the magic of nature.  You then have the afternoon to relax, swim, sunbathe and assimilate your morning’s work, before coming back together for a Sunset debrief.

You will also:

  • Relax on the Caribbean beaches on the South coast of Antigua and enjoy long swims in the healing, clear, turquoise water; maybe even enjoy a swim by moonlight.
  • Take a grounding walk with Vorn, who shares the natural medicinal properties of the Island plant life that he learnt from his Grandmother.
  • Enjoy local Caribbean food with the infamous Cavell in Crabb Hill; and the wonderful Sheer Rocks one of the best restaurants in the Caribbean set in a stunning location.

Thursday is a full relaxation day to do just what you like. Enjoy the beach with a massage and fresh coconut juice; find some sailing or paddle boarding; hire a beach buggy and explore island; head off out to sea to the outer islands with Adventure Antigua’s Ecotour (Highly Recommended); or even take the helicopter over to sister Island Barbuda for a lobster lunch on the beach.

What others experienced

“It was a perfect week of bliss and being focused. One month on I feel calm and focused. Being at one with myself that week, with positive people, allowed me to remind myself who I am and why I am doing my business. This has stayed with me. My purpose and message are integrated into every decision I now make in the business. I’m hugely positive and confident about my future. I know exactly where I’m going in my business, so there is no day-to-day panic. I’m clear on my path and I’ll gently take the steps, I know what the end goal is.“ Jenna Yhearm, Founder, Gumption

“I went to Antigua with a deep rooted belief that I was not a business woman. I came home with a business and owning that I was the Global Ambassador for it. This is a huge life and energy shift. It facilitated what I’ve been waiting a very long time for. I have clarity about my business and who I am within that. My whole life feels very grounded. I know exactly who I am and what I’m here to do. I have a crystal clear vision and assuredness I’ve seldom felt.” Nikola King, Founder, Infinite Essence

“I am incredibly grateful. The impact of it, the energy of the sun, sea and Antiguan vibes, is now a part of me. The business plan I created has landed and is the focus for my business. Knowing my market has brought a focus that excites me, and that absolute clarity of knowing where to put my energy is showing in results. I highly recommend it to others. It’s very good value for money, a wonderful experience and if we are going to be women out in the world we have to give ourselves what we love. Otherwise we will be women putting ourselves out in the world in burn out.” Thea Allison, Founder, Big Bang Creations

What they say

I’ve created opportunities that allow me to be myself and share the messages that I care about.  I’ve created speaking opportunities, the website and business have been growing.  The way I interact with people has changed – I’m much clearer about what I’m doing and I don’t hesitate or wait to take action.

Samia El Jaafari, co-founder, Intro

“Kat’s like a spark plug. You come away ignited.”

Wendy Richmond, founder, Yellow Bicycle PR

“Kat is a powerful, imaginative and intuitive leader with a great capacity to see a vision and make it happen. What sets Kat apart is her heart. She works with passion and exudes creative energy and enthusiasm that is both inspiring and contagious.”

Mel Young, president, Homeless World Cup

“A really big “thank you” for all the hard work and dedication you put in to the Homeless World Cup and for the way in which you have helped to change the lives of thousands of people through football.”

Rio Ferdinand, Footballer

“The Homeless World Cup is a cool organisation I came across through Colin Farrell. I said, ‘That sounds like it should be a movie’ and he said ‘Yeah, I was hoping you’d say that.’”

Graham Broadbent, Blueprint Pictures
