An invitation to the True Business Online pilot starting 27 March 2017

I’m about to run the first True Business Online Course to create your business from source, around your true nature and purpose. This way you can enjoy deep fulfilment, make a positive difference and a financial profit. And I’d love to invite you to be one of the first 10 participants to join the pilot, starting 27 March 2017.

If you are starting out in business, this is ideal for creating your business approach and ‘plan’ from source. You’ll open up your heart’s vision of the business you’re here to build, explore the product or service offering that will make all the difference to you, your clients and your business; set in place your financial structure and take the first inspired action steps to bring it to life.

If you are working in a corporate with a desire to do what you came here for, True Business is designed for you to explore and align with the business your heart and creative spirit is called to create now so you can prepare to make that transition.

And if you are already in business and it is flourishing, True Business is perfect for aligning with your purpose and pouring creative inspiration into your business, tapping into your heart for it to become the creative engine of your business.

Take a look at the True Business Online Course Outline.

I’ve been working with the True Business programme on a one to one coaching and retreat basis for a couple of years, and now it’s time to share all that goodness online making it accessible to more people worldwide who want their business to be purposeful, rooted in compassion, love and well-being. It’s all going into the book, working title: “True Business: Unleash Your Creative Spirit on the Business You Were Born to Build.” I’d love you to be part of it.

The pilot is only £95 (it will be £195) for a lifetime membership in a community of likeminded, encouraging, supportive people.  With only 10 of you in the first group (3 places taken up so far) you’ll receive a crazy amount of value with extra guidance, connection and input. All I ask is that you give plenty of feedback!

If you’d like to join us you can register here (scroll down to the orange paypal button).

Much love from a very windy Antigua!

I sat watching Trump address Congress, according to him from his heart, and my commentary went something like this.

“What is this muppet show!? Why are they even cheering Melania? What has she ever done? Oh my god look at his smug face. And those two smug idiots behind him, Ryan and Pence, “we’ve got the power now nah nah nah nah nah.” Trevor why are you watching this?! How can you watch this!? Oh my god now they are cheering at the Dakota Pipeline, ripping up the beauty of our planet with an oil field. What ignorance, yes let’s all cheer along making money from heartless destruction. Oh now they are cheering at professing to dispel violence and poverty. Easy to do sitting on billions, whilst radiating hatred, creating it, transmitting violent communication completely unaware of their impact. Do they have any intelligence at all? Low life, vile, self righteous and so stupid ugh…..” And so it went on.

Until I caught myself. And took a breath.

Sunset

I’d allowed myself to get swept up into the divisiveness, the conflict, the separation, the hatred spewing out in America’s dark night of the soul.

Until I stopped myself.

I’m so lucky to work with Simon Haas, author, The Book of Dharma, Making Enlightened Choices. In teaching yoga philosophy he talks about the dark night of a soul being a calling to sacred love.

And so let this be our calling.

Every time we see Trump and his cronies spewing hateful, violent communication, let this be our calling to love; a reminder to connect even more deeply to our hearts, to compassion, to kindness.  Let it be our reminder to choose to listen to and be guided by our hearts to fulfil our true nature and purpose, to perpetuate calm peacefulness, substance, generosity and love.

And let us make this our business.

The day after Prince died I was deeply moved listening to Van Jones speaking about Prince. He shared that Prince’s message was “Turn your creative spirit into an economic force for good”, his call to action to young African Americans.

Let it be a call to action for all of us.

I’m running a pilot of True Business Online Course, to lead with your creative spirit and heart in business. To develop your business around your true nature and purpose and enjoy deep fulfilment, make a positive difference and a financial profit.

Whether you are starting out, a flourishing solo entrepreneur, small business owner, or working in a corporate with a desire to do what you came here for, True Business is a 5-week online course designed for you to explore the business your heart and creative spirit is called to create and grow now.

Normally £195, the pilot is £95 for a lifetime membership so you can create your business approach year on year. It’s for a minimum of 10 people, maximum of 20 so there is plenty of time and space for connection and guidance; and all in a global community of likeminded, encouraging, supportive people building their businesses with heart, compassion and intuition. All I ask is that you give plenty of feedback!

It starts on Monday 27 March 2017 and if you’d love to join us you can register here.

For the latest edition of Women with a Message I’m chatting to Irene Brankin, Chartered Counselling Psychologist on the importance of being comfortable with yourself.

Irene works with women who, stressed and overwhelmed, want to reconnect with themselves and get their lives back on track. She does this with one to one counselling and mentoring; her business brunches and retreats in the UK and abroad. She is the author of The Visible Woman – More Lust, Less Must and I Don’t Care – The Art of Divine Indifference, both available on Amazon.

Here she has a great take on vulnerability, choices, the importance of being comfortable with yourself and how to get there.

You can get in touch with her at www.theinvisiblewoman.com.

Introducing you to BJ Smith of Shorecombers, a social enterprise set up to keep trash out of the ocean. (Hallelujah!)

We need more people like BJ with the firm conviction that we can keep all our trash out of the ocean within 10 years.

She’s already run a pilot and 2 educational programme for 50 graduates now setting up community programmes at the grass roots level with smart, fun, sustainable plans to keep trash out of our waterways.

Next up Shorecombers is looking for a financial partner with this shared vision and who would love to be involved in growing a grass roots community network around the US and globally to keep trash out of the ocean.

It’s an exciting time and an exciting opportunity for the right partner. Probably an organisation that has an invested interest in looking after the ocean – yachting, sailing, kayaking, fishing etc…?

If you know the perfect partner please do connect them. And please do share to amplify BJ’s and Shorecombers message and end result of zero trash going into the ocean within 10 years.

BJ is part of the PR with Heart Online Community, a growing international community of women building businesses around their true nature and purpose with heart and creative inspiration.

If you’d like to join us for the next one it begins 31 October to grow your visibility, audience and impact naturally with grace and ease you can sign up here.

jim poyner documentary photography, www.jimpoyner.co.uk, Jules Wyman, York,

Yesterday I sat down with Jules Wyman, Confidence Coach and Speaker to explore her purpose and message. Jules is a participant in the PR with Heart Online Course and growing global community.

Here Jules dispels the myths around confidence and the damage they cause, shares what confidence actually is, and what to do if you have a ‘wobble’.  Check her out and leave your comments on the youtube interview and share the video if you’d like to.

During this 15 minutes together it finally landed for me what confidence actually is. And so inspired by Jules, I’ve decided to turn this into a ‘Women with a Message’ Youtube series and interview women from the PR with Heart Online Course about their purpose and message. So now I know this is a video series I’ll even look into the camera next time!

Enjoy your confidence.

What they say

“’It is enjoyable to make things visible, which are invisible’ – Eric Cantona. This quote speaks volumes about you Kat. You are an inspiration now and always.”

Dave Cobban, Director, Nike Sustainable Business and Innovation

“My PR plan became the creative, energetic heart of my project. What emerged was surprising, energising, and far larger than I expected. This has given me the courage to do effortlessly what I previously believed would be challenging. I cannot recommend Kat more highly. She is world-class.”

Simon Haas, author, The Book of Dharma

“Working with Kat burst through over 2 years of frustration and perspiration in about an hour and a half! From then I had a clear vision of what we needed to articulate and set to work.”

Martin Saunders, Marketing Head, Good Energy

“The Homeless World Cup is a cool organisation I came across through Colin Farrell. I said, ‘That sounds like it should be a movie’ and he said ‘Yeah, I was hoping you’d say that.’”

Graham Broadbent, Blueprint Pictures

“Kat brings out courage due to her own sense of bravery in allowing creativity to be used as a powerful force for positive change.”

Noelle Adcock-Mcelya
